Who: Linda (40-something), Suzanne (age 10), and Judy (her mom and Suzanne's grandma)

Where: Les Chefs de France, Epcot

When: Friday, October 27, 2006, 1:00pm

What: Lunch. Linda had the french onion soup and side salad, Judy ate the quiche, and Suzanne had the kids burger meal.

Approximate Price of Entrees: Quiche meal: $10.95. Soup: $5.25, Salad: $4.25, Kids meal: $6.99. With Disney Dining Experience discount card (available for purchase by passholders and Florida Residents) meal was $23.38. Tip was $6.00 (service was quite good).

Rate the following (1-5, five being the best!)
Food: 4.5
Service: 4.5
Atmosphere: 4.5
Okay for Children: This is a crowded restaurant with tables close together. Can get loud.
Okay for Couples: Yes, its France!
Be Sure to Try: I love the french onion soup but its a huge crock just ooey and gooey with cheese. Tons of sodium though, and I suffer the next day with water retention. The desserts here are wonderful. Quiche was quite tasty and is consistent. (I had it in August).

General tips: Make an ADR for dinner, but you might be able to walk in for lunch at an off-time. I don't make lunch ADRs here but always do so for dinner.

TheMouseForLess tips: If you order the soup you may be filled up prior to the entree. I now skip entrees and just order the soup, which is absolutely love. (Its better than Panera bread's onion soup).

Extra Comments: Desserts here are beautiful. Get a couple to share. (My favorite is the Opera).

Who: Angela G. and family Angela, Allan(dh), William(ds)

Where: Chefs de France

When: 10/7/2005

What: Dinner 5:21-Appetizers-1 cheese plates, salad, Dinner-duck, chicken, Dessert-2 Dark Chocolate mousse (sorry no cost breakdown on receipt.

Approximate Price of Entrees: total approx $100 with tax and tip

Rate the following (1-5, five being the best!)
Food: 5

Atmosphere: 4
Okay for Children: Yes
Okay for Couples: Yes, could be romantic
Be Sure to Try: Dark chocolate mousse this was my favorite dessert ever and cheese plate.

General tips: I know this restaurant does not get good reviews but we just loved it. We did not have to wait to get seated make an early seating at around 5pm. We sat by the window and could watch the people outside. Our waiter was one of the best we had all vacation.

TheMouseForLess tips: Make an ADR for dessert if you don't want to have dinner. I shared my dinner with my son and it was just enough for the two of us with the appetizer and dessert.

Extra Comments: Of all the restaurants we ate at in Epcot Alfredo's, Le Cellier and here this was our favorite. We loved all the food we had and it was my favorite dessert.
