Grand Cayman

The Grand Cayman is the largest of three coral islands set in the northwest Caribbean Sea. This island is well known for its underwater beauty and also home to some of the friendliest people in the world. The fish are so plentiful that you'll swear you've taken a plunge into a pet-shop tank. With it's sparkling, turquoise waters, Grand Cayman is a dream come true for water sports enthusiasts. Powder-soft sands of the magnificent Seven Mile Beach awaits the less adventurous. There are also trips to the Cayman Turtle Farm and to Hell for sightseers.

Grand Cayman Shore Excursions
You can choose from a variety of shore excursions* in Grand Cayman to add to your Disney Cruise Line ® vacation fun! All shore excursions are operated by independent companies and can be reserved in advance of your cruise.

Atlantis Deep Explorer (1-1.5 hours)
Dive in a real submarine made for just two passengers! Both of you will take a boat from the George Town dock to a sophisticated deep-diving research submarine for your personal voyage under the sea to the Cayman Wall - reaching depths of up to 800 feet! It's a one-of-a-kind adventure far below the surface. Adult Price: $345 (ages 10 and above), Child Price: $345 (ages 8-9), Departure Times: 7:35 am, 12:50 pm.

Safehaven Golf (5 hours)
It's tee time! On this outing, you'll swing over to the Links at Safehaven for 18 holes of glorious golf. Your trip to the island's first and only championship 18-hole course includes greens and cart fees; lunch, golf shoes and clubs are available at an extra cost. Appropriate golf attire required. Adult Price: $130 (ages 10 and above), Child Price: $N/A, Departure Time: 7:35 am.

2-Tank Dive Tour (4 hours)
Go under the sea ... Certified divers first take a deep dive to a maximum depth of 80 feet on the famous Cayman Wall, where exotic tropical fish and amazing coral abound. Then, you'll take a shallow dive of 50 feet or less at a reef or wreck. All equipment is provided. Wetsuits are an additional fee. Adult Price: $95 (ages 12 and above), Child Price: $N/A, Departure Time: 7:45 am.

Nautilus Undersea Tour & Reef Snorkel (1.5 - 2 hours)
Want to do more than just see the sea life? Set sail on the world's largest semi-submarine Nautilus Undersea Tour that takes you over fascinating shipwrecks and Cheeseburger Reef, and then grab your goggles and snorkel with friendly schools of colorful fish. Snorkel gear is included. Adult Price: $45 (ages 10 and above), Child Price: $40 (ages 5-9), Departure Time: 7:30 am.

Stingray City Snorkel Tour (3 - 3.5 hours)
Catch some rays while swimming among rays. Board a catamaran for a short voyage to the world-famous Stingray City. Countless rays reside in 3 to 6 feet of water on a natural sandbar fringed by a colorful reef. Snorkel amid the rays and even touch them. All snorkeling equipment provided. Enjoy ice water and lemonade after snorkeling. Adult Price: $45 (ages 10 and above), Child Price: $35 (ages 5-9), Departure Time: 7:30 am, 1:00 pm.

Stingray City Reef Sail & Snorkel (3 hours)
Set sail on a 7-mile adventure! Board a 65-foot catamaran for a 7-mile seafaring adventure, including a chance to explore beneath the surface as you snorkel among tropical corals and fish. All snorkeling equipment, water and soft drinks are provided. Adult Price: $40 (ages 10 and above), Child Price: $30 (ages 5-9), Departure Time: 12:40 pm.

Seaworld Explorer Semi-Submarine (1 hour)
Take a peek under the waves! Climb aboard a semi-submarine that will take you under the sea to get a glimpse of the ocean's treasures. From downtown George Town, you'll set off on an adventure to discover two incredible shipwrecks and a world teeming with sea life. A marine expert will provide a fascinating narration and answer your questions along the way. Adult Price: $39 (ages 10 and above), Child Price: $29 (ages 3-9)†, Departure Time: 8:10 am, 11:15 am.

Atlantis Submarine Expedition (1.5 hours)
Depart from the Atlantis Dock in George Town for an unparalleled underwater adventure. You'll board the Atlantis XI submarine and witness a panorama of breathtaking underwater vistas. A knowledgeable guide will provide informative narration about the barrel sponges, star corals and other reef creatures while colorful fish and the occasional stingray and turtle swim by the large viewing ports. Adult Price: $75 (ages 10 and above), Child Price: $50 (ages 4-9, must be at least 36" tall), Departure Times: 9:20 am, 1:15 pm.

Nautilus Undersea Tour (1 - 1.5 hours)
It's the best of both worlds -- the Nautilus glides like a boat and gives you a glorious underwater view like a sub, but never completely submerges. You'll relax in a spacious, air-conditioned underwater observatory as an expert marine narrator regales you with tales of the sea and this amazing tour of shipwrecks, sea life and incredible coral reefs. Adult Price: $39 (ages 10 and above), Child Price: $29 (ages 3-9)†, Departure Time: 9:00 am.

Rum Point Beach Adventure (5 hours)
A day of fun and sun. Travel via bus and 45 minute ferry to Rum Point. Enjoy a leisurely beach day swimming, sunning or snoozing as casuarina trees rustle overhead. Lunch is included. Select yours from a variety of sandwiches and beverages. For a more active day, various water sports are available for an additional cost.

Rum Point Beach Adventure & Stingray City (5 hours)
Sunshine and beautiful seas beckon. Hit the beach at Rum Point! Kick back and relax. Or enjoy a variety of water sports for an additional charge. Sandwiches and beverages are provided for lunch. Then, you'll board a glass-bottom boat to Stingray City to experience snorkling with stingrays. Adult Price: $65 (ages 10 and above), Child Price: $60 (ages 5-9), Departure Time: 8:20 am.

Shipwreck & Reef Snorkeling (2 - 2.5 hours)
C'mon--take the plunge. First, you'll head to one of the Caymans' most famous wrecks, the Callie. Experienced dive masters will provide a history of the ship and snorkeling instruction. After exploring the Callie, you'll visit another site to view coral reef formations, tropical fish and you may even spot a turtle. Snorkeling equipment, ice water and lemonade are provided. Adult Price: $35 (ages 10 and above), Child Price: $30 (ages 5-9), Departure Time: 7:45 am, 1:40 pm.

Stingray City Observatory and Island Tour (3 - 3.5 hours)
Sample paradise. Take in the island's sights, including the Governor's House, a stop at the famous Seven Mile Beach, and the Cayman Turtle Farm. Next, you'll journey on to "Hell," where jagged rock formations suggest diabolical origins. Then, head out to sea! Board a moored semi-submarine that will take you below the surface in air-conditioned comfort for a breathtaking view of undersea beauty. Finally, top it all off with a shopping trip to George Town. Adult Price: $55 (ages 10 and above), Child Price: $45 (ages 3-9), Departure Time: 7:30 am.

Grand Cayman Island Tour (2 hours)
Venture beyond the beach to discover the hidden charms of the island. You'll travel via air-conditioned bus through the quaint streets of George Town and past the storybook-perfect Gingerbread House to the diabolical rock formations of an eerie island wonder called "Hell." Then it's on to the world's only turtle breeding operation of it's kind, Cayman Turtle Farm. Adult Price: $27 (ages 10 and above), Child Price: $21 (ages 3-9)†, Departure Time: 10:00 am, 1:25 pm.

Island Tour & Snorkeling with Stingrays (3.5 hours)
Visit the Cayman Islands' own slice of paradise, the world-famous Seven Mile Beach. Then you'll experience classic island architecture with a trip to "Old Homestead." Next stop: the one and only Cayman Turtle Farm. Then you're off to a prehistoric rock formation like no other in the world, a place the locals call "Hell." Finally, it's Stingray Sandbar! Here you'll get up close with amazing sea life. Snorkeling equipment is provided. Adult Price: $60 (ages 10 and above), Child Price: $50 (ages 5-9), Departure Time: 7:20, 10:45, and 11:45 am.

Aquaboat & Snorkel Adventure (3 hours)
Get your motor running and head out to the high seas! On this exciting excursion, you'll learn how to operate a two-person inflatable motorboat, which you'll then pilot along Grand Cayman's scenic shores. First, you'll visit Sandy Cay, just off the Cayman coast. After exploring this uninhabited desert island, it's off to Smith's Cove. This picturesque bay and secluded beach is the perfect spot to swim, snorkel or simply sun on the beach. And the fun's not done: back on the boat, you'll stop at the Cali, a submerged shipwreck, before returning to the dock and heading to Rackams Bar for a complimentary fruit or rum punch. Must be 13 or older to drive and be accompanied by a parent or guardian older than 18 years of age.
