Total Cost: Haven't a clue! LOL With everything that went on with canceled flights, swaying sidewalks, and the NFC & AFC Playoffs, I don't really remember.

Comments:

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Sunray Transportation. They were my drivers last January (2004) when they were with another company, then again in July and this January, after they started their own company.

For this trip, Roger picked us up at the DCL Terminal, drove us to HRH, waited while we checked in and drove us to Disney-MGM Studios. Bob picked us up at MGM and took us back to HRH. This was the weekend that the Northeastern US was hit with a major snow storm. Thanks to a Pam B., we were alerted to flight delays and found out later that night that our flight for the next morning was canceled but I was able to get us confirmed on another that was set to leave 6 hours later. When I called Bob, there was no problem delaying our pick up time.

So, it's Sunday, 10am and Sunray is once again, on time. When we get to the airport, Bob says he hopes to see us again this year. I tell him I will probably be back within the year, we say our thank yous and goodbyes and head into the mess of an airport. We get to the front of the line only to find out that our flights had been canceled and the only flight we could get confirmed on wasn't for another 33 hours away - Monday at 7:30pm. I quickly call for a room at All Star Sports and then called Bob. When I told him I'd see him again this year, I didn't think it was going to be within the hour. But thankfully he was there within 5 minutes and wisked us off for another day and half at WDW. He picked us up the next day, on time and had the front page of the paper waiting with a big picture of the wonderful snow we were heading back to.

Basically, Sunray was great, as usual. The vehicles were in the exact same condition as they were a year ago - spotlessly clean, smelling great, and amazingly comfortable. Great music and just the right temperatures were always there without asking. They were always on time, if not early, always courteous and polite, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

Oh and back when I arrived in Florida at 1:30am the first day of my vacation, I decided we would take a cab since our overnight hotel was only 5 miles from the airport - why bother with a towncar for that little ride. BIG mistake. We waited forever, got our cab who took us to the WRONG hotel, then it took almost another hour to get another cab to get us to the correct hotel. I've learned my lesson - no matter what, I'll only go with Sunray. Even with this new thing Disney is offering, where they take you to your on-site resort and will get your luggage from the airport and bring it to your room, the personal service that Sunray offers cannot be beat and from now on, I won't even try anything else.

My opinion - if you're going to use a towncar or shuttle service and want to get the best value for your money, Sunray Transportation is the only way to go!

I just got home from WDW yesterday and wanted to let everyone know how much we appreciated Sunray Transportation.

We arrived (myself, DH,DD,DSIL,DGD) at Orlando International Airport 20 minutes early (as usual when we fly SWA) and Roger was waiting at the bottom of the escalator for us. He recognized me immediately and waved instead of showing the sign with our name on it. He took us to get our luggage and went for the car to pick us up. He took us to the Old Key West and told us he would pick us up on the 8th at 6 pm.

When we were ready to go home Bob picked us up because Roger had another trip to do. He was on time and very good to ride with.

I like Sunray because they are clean, prompt and courteous. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good form of transportation to the hotels and back to the airport.

A++ service with sunray transportation. family of 4 with 1 child needing a car seat. vehicle and car seat are like new and clean. service was great. we used the transportation from mco to the all star music. bob was waiting for us where he said he would be. he helped us with the luggage. we had a grocery store stop was worth the extra $10.00.

we had to change our pick up time from the hotel to the airport due to the blizzard back home. (wanted to get to the airport to make sure we had a flight) he arrived 15 mins early to pick us up.

in the past we have used the mears bus services. but waited for 45 mins at the airport for a bus. having sunray pick us up and bring us to the grocery store. saved us time and money. i wish we used this service last year.

i would and will highly recomend sunray transportation to family and friends. the price and service was the best. no hidden costs. A++ service.

i plan to use sunray in November.

Just got back from wdw. Sunray was fantasic from beginning to end. I was nervous about using a transport service but have found one very dependable and will never use another. Bob was waitng when we got there, picked up our bags. Delivered us to the hotel and was back to pick up 15 minutes before the sceduled time to leave. He was very informative and not at all cranky like the mears driver I saw picking up some other guests at the all-star hotel we were at.. Thanks again to Sunray--we'll be back

DRIVER: 10 – We had Roger. He was a very pleasant driver. Very friendly. We enjoyed making small talk with him. He was also a very safe driver. I didn't feel like he was in a rush to drop me up and pick up his next fare which was nice.

CLEANLINESS OF TRANSPORTATION: 10 – The vehicles were very clean.

WAIT TIME/DRIVE TIME: 10 – Our flight to MCO was about 40 minutes late, and Roger was very pleasant about it even though the airline was still posting the flight was on time. When he came to pick us up from Pop Century, he was 15 minutes early, which was okay because we were waiting for him already. I rathered him be early than late!

VALUE: 10

QUALITY OF SERVICE: 10

OVERALL EXPERIENCE: 10 - I also appreciated the fact that they called to confirm our pick up time the day before our flight to MCO, which was nice.
